  "text": "COPYRIGHT\nMade 18th December 1985\nLaid before Parliament 8th January 1986\nComing into Operation 1st February 1986\nAt the Court at Buckingham Palace, the 18th day of December 1985\nPresent,\nThe Queen's Most Excellent Majesty in Council\nHer Majesty, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, and by virtue of the authority conferred upon Her by sections 31 and 47 of the Copyright Act 1956 and of all other powers enabling Her in that behalf, is pleased to direct, and it is hereby directed, as follows:—",
