  "text": "Section 114A applies—\n(a) with the deletion from the section heading of the words “England and Wales or Northern Ireland”;\n(b) the substitution of “Where” for “ In England and Wales or Northern Ireland where”;\n(c) the substitution for subsections (2)(b) to 2(bb) of—\n“(b) any law for the time being in force in the Cayman Islands relating to trade descriptions;”;\n(d) the substitution for subsection (6) of—\n“(6) Any person aggrieved by an order made under this section by a summary court referred to in the Summary Jurisdiction Law (2006 Revision), or by a decision of such a court not to make such an order, may appeal that order or decision to the Grand Court.”; and\n(e) the substitution for appeal” to the end of the section of “appeal, including a case stated pursuant to section 172 (Case stated) under the Criminal Procedure Code (2014 Revision)”.",
