  "text": "Section 115 applies as modified and set out as follows—\n“Jurisdiction of summary court\n115 (1) A summary court may entertain proceedings under—\n(a) section 99 (order for delivery up of infringing copy or other article);\n(b) section 101(5) (order as to exercise of rights by copyright owner where exclusive licensee has concurrent rights); or\n(c) section 114 (order as to disposal of infringing copy or other article.\n(2) Nothing in this section shall be construed as affecting the jurisdiction of the Grand Court.”.",
