  "text": "Section 178 applies—\n(a) with the omission of the definitions of “parliamentary proceedings” and “public library”;\n(b) with the substitution for the definition of “the Crown” of—\n““the Crown” means the Crown in right of Her Majesty’s Government in the Cayman Islands”; and\n(c) with the inclusion of the following definitions in their appropriate alphabetical places—\n““Cabinet” means the Cabinet referred to in section 44 of the Constitution of the Cayman Islands;”\n““Caymanian” has the meaning given in section 2 of the Immigration Law (2014 Revision);”\n““Minister” means the Minister responsible for matters relating to intellectual property; ”.",
