# The Copyright (Computer Programs) Regulations 1992, Regulation 3: “Literary work” extended to include preparatory design material for a computer program


In section 3(1) (meaning of literary, dramatic and musical works) in the definition of “literary work”, omit the “and” immediately preceding paragraph (b) and at the end of that paragraph insert
“, and
(c) preparatory design material for a computer program”.
