Paragraph 1
The references in the Copyright (Computer Software) Amendment Act 1985 (in this Schedule referred to as “the 1985 Act”) to the Copyright Act 1956 shall be construed as references to the said Act of 1956, as modified in its extension to the country concernedf1.
