  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations)\nThese Regulations amend the Copyright (Copying by Librarians and Archivists) Regulations 1989 by substituting for the reference, in Part A of Schedule 1 thereto, to the Copyright (Educational Establishments) Order 1989 (S.I. 1989/1008) (which Order was defective) a reference to the Copyright (Educational Establishments) (No. 2) Order 1989 which revoked and replaced the earlier Order before it came into force.",
