# The Copyright (Educational Establishments) (No. 2) Order 1989, Paragraph 2


Any institution providing further education within the meaning of section 1(5)(b) of the Education (Scotland) Act 1980 and any educational establishment (other than a school) within the meaning of section 135(1) of that Act.
