Paragraph 4 Higher Education
Any institution in Northern Ireland—
(a)
which provides a course of any description mentioned in Schedule 1 to the Further Education (Northern Ireland) Order 1997f1; or
(b)
which is a college of education within the meaning of article 2(2) of the Education and Libraries (Northern Ireland) Order 1986f2.
