# The Copyright (Educational Establishments) Order 2005, Paragraph 6: Further Education


Any institution in Scotland the sole or main purpose of which is to provide further education within the meaning of either section 1(5)(b) of the Education (Scotland) Act 1980 or section 1(3) of the Further and Higher Education (Scotland) Act 1992.
