# The Copyright Tribunal (Amendment) Rules 1992, Introduction: Introductory text


This Statutory Instrument has been made in consequence of a defect in S.I. 1991/201 and is being issued free of charge to all known recipients of that Statutory Instrument.

The Lord Chancellor, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 150 of the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988, after consultation with the Lord Advocate, hereby makes the following Rules:—
