# The Copyright Tribunal Rules 1989, Article 18: Publication of decision


The Secretary shall cause a copy of the Tribunal’s decision to be made available at the office for public inspection during office hours and, if the Chairman so directs, shall cause to be advertised, in such manner as the Chairman thinks fit, short particulars of the decision.
