# The Copyright Tribunal Rules 2010, Rule 32: Effective date of order

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

Except where the operation of the order is suspended under rule 33 or 34, an order of the Tribunal shall take effect from such date, and shall remain in force for such period, as is specified in the order.
