# The Copyright Tribunal Rules 2010, Rule 37: Enforcement – England and Wales and Northern Ireland

A decision made by the Tribunal may, by leave of the court, be enforced in England and Wales or Northern Ireland in the same manner as a judgment or order of the court to the same effect.
