Part I of the First Schedule to the Copyright (Virgin Islands) Order 1962f1 (hereinafter referred to as “the principal Order”) is amended so that:—

(a)

after the words “and the Films Act 1960(b),” and before the words “except sections 23 to 30,” are added the words “the Copyright Act 1956 (Amendment) Act 1982” “and the Copyright (Amendment) Act 1983,”; and

(b)

after the word “except” and before the words “sections 23 to 30,” are added the words “section 21B,”.
