  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations)\nThese Regulations amend the Corn Returns Regulations 1976 by substituting a new form of return for the previous form set out in theSchedule to the Corn Returns (Amendment) Regulations 1981. The principal change is in the footnotes to clarify the appropriate use of each row of the return.",
