CORONERS

Laid before Parliament 12th December 2003

Coming into force 1st February 2004

Whereas:

(1)

the Council of the County of Cornwall have, in pursuance of section 4(2) of the Coroners Act 1988^f1 and after due compliance with the provisions of the Coroners (Orders as to Districts) Rules 1927^f2, submitted to the Secretary of State a draft Order providing for the alteration of the existing division of that county into coroners' districts; and

(2)

the Secretary of State has made such modifications of the draft Order as he thinks fit;

Now, therefore, the Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 4(2) of that Act, hereby makes the following Order:
