  "text": "(1) The undertaker must, as soon as practicable after the making of this Order, submit to the Secretary of State copies of—\n(a) the book of reference;\n(b) the land plan;\n(c) the street plan;\n(d) the works plan;\n(e) the sections;\n(f) the Special Category Replacement Land plans;\n(g) the environmental statement; and\n(h) the environmental mitigation schedule (as defined in Requirement 1 of Schedule 2 (requirements))\nfor certification that they are true copies of the documents referred to in this Order.\n(2) A plan or document so certified is admissible in any proceedings as evidence of the contents of the document of which it is a copy.",
