  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order authorises the Cornwall Council (referred to in this Order as the undertaker) to improve the A30 Trunk Road by dualling a section of single carriageway between Temple and Higher Carblake, and carry out all associated works. The Order permits the undertaker to acquire, compulsorily or by agreement, land and rights in land and to use land for this purpose. The Order also makes provision in connection with the maintenance of the improved highway.\nA copy of the Order plans and book of reference mentioned in this Order and certified in accordance with Article 37 (certification of plans etc.) may be inspected free of charge during working hours at Cornwall Council, County Hall, Treyew Road, Truro, Cornwall, TR1 3AY.",
