Article 7 Wards of the parish of Calstock and number of councillors
(1)
The existing wards of the parish of Calstock are abolished.
(2)
The parish is divided into five wards named respectively—
(a)
Calstock;
(b)
Chilsworthy;
(c)
Delaware;
(d)
Gunnislake;
(e)
Harrowbarrow.
(3)
Each ward comprises the area designated on the map by reference to the name of the ward.
(4)
Five councillors are to be elected for Gunnislake ward.
(5)
Four councillors are to be elected for each of the following wards:
(a)
Delaware;
(b)
Harrowbarrow.
(6)
Three councillors are to be elected for Calstock ward.
(7)
Two councillors are to be elected for Chilsworthy ward.
