# The Cornwall Harbours Harbour Revision Order 2023, Article 58: Power to delegate functions

Extent: E+W

Subject to paragraph 9B of Schedule 2 to the Act of 1964 (functions which cannot be delegated under a power conferred by a harbour revision order), the Council may delegate the performance of any of its functions to be carried out by any such company as is referred to in article 57(1)(b).
