# The Cornwall Harbours Harbour Revision Order 2023, Paragraph 3: Vacation of office by a member of the Board

Extent: E+W

(1) A member of the Board may resign that office at any time by giving notice in writing to the chair or if that member of the Board is the chair, the vice-chair.
(2) Any vacancy created by a member of the Board resigning must be treated as a casual vacancy.
