  "heading": "Reappointment of chair",
  "text": "(1) A chair of the Board who has served as the chair for three consecutive terms immediately beforehand is not eligible for reappointment as the chair.\n(2) For the purposes of this paragraph, “term” does not include—\n(a) a term served by the member of the Board as the chair under paragraph 2(2);\n(b) the remainder of a term during which the chair was appointed to fill a casual vacancy in the office of the chair under paragraph 3.",
