  "text": "In this Order—\n“the 2007 Act” means the Local Government and Public Involvement in Health Act 2007;\n“the 2000 Act” means the Local Government Act 2000 as it has effect in relation to the Cornwall council;\n“the 1972 Act” means the Local Government Act 1972;\n“article 7 functions” means the functions referred to in article 7;\n“Cornwall”, except in the definition of “the Cornwall council” and the second mention of those words in article 3(2), means the county of Cornwall;\n“the 2009 election day” means the ordinary day of election of councillors in 2009;\n“the Cornwall council” means the council of the county of Cornwall;\n“the district councils” means the councils specified in article 4(b);\n“the Implementation Executive” means the committee established (whether before or after the coming into force of this Order) for the purposes of article 6(3); and\n“the main transitional function” has the meaning given by article 6(1).",
