  "text": "The 1996 Order has effect as if in Article 120 (pay during period of notice: employments with normal working hours), in paragraph (1)(c), after “paternity leave” there were inserted “ or emergency volunteering leave under Schedule 7 to the Coronavirus Act 2020 ”.",
