  "text": "(1) Section 12 of the Coronavirus (Scotland) Act 2020 is amended in accordance with subsections (2)and (3).\n(2) In subsection (1), for “on 30 September 2021” substitute “ at the end of 31 March 2022 ”.\n(3) For subsections (3) and (4), substitute—\n“(3) The Scottish Ministers may by regulations amend subsection (1) so as to replace “31 March 2022” with “ 30 September 2022 ”.”.\n(4) Section 9 of the Coronavirus (Scotland) (No.2) Act 2020 is amended in accordance with subsections (5)and (6).\n(5) In subsection (1), for “on 30 September 2021” substitute “ at the end of 31 March 2022 ”.\n(6) For subsections (3) and (4), substitute—\n“(3) The Scottish Ministers may by regulations amend subsection (1) so as to replace “31 March 2022” with “ 30 September 2022 ”.”.",
