# Coroners Act (Northern Ireland) 1959, Section 5: Administrative expenses.

All expenses reasonably and properly incurred in connection with coroners and in relation to the holding of coroners' courts (including expenses so incurred by coroners in the course of their duties) shall be defrayed out of [ moneys provided by the Assembly].
