Article 2 Amendments to the principal Rules

In rule 2 of the principal Rules (interpretation) –

(a)

after the entry relating to legal proceedings insert ““partner” means one of two persons (whether of different sexes or the same sex) who live as partners in an enduring family relationship;” and

(b)

after the entry relating to a registrar, insert ““relative” includes a partner, and”.
