# The Coroners (Amendment) Rules 2008, Introduction: Introductory text

Coming into force 17th July 2008
The Lord Chief Justice, with the agreement of the Lord Chancellor, makes the followings Rules in exercise of the powers conferred by section 32 of the Coroners Act 1988.
These Rules may be cited as the Coroners (Amendment) Rules 2008.
