# Coroners and Justice Act 2009, Paragraph 50

Status: prospective

In section 43 (preservation for transplantation), after subsection (5) insert—
“(5A) Section 11(2) applies to an act on authority under subsection (1) above as it applies to an act on authority under section 1.”
