# Coroners and Justice Act 2009, Paragraph 64


In Schedule 2 to the Armed Forces Act 2006 (offences), after paragraph 12(au) add—
“(av) an offence under section 62(1) of the Coroners and Justice Act 2009 (possession of prohibited images of children).”
