  "text": "In Schedule 7 to the Constitutional Reform Act 2005 (c. 4) (protected functions of the Lord Chancellor), in Part A of paragraph 4—\n(a) for the entry for the Criminal Justice Act 2003 (c. 44) substitute—\n“Criminal Justice Act 2003 (c. 44)\nSection 174(4)\nSection 269(6) and (7)”, and\n(b) after the entry for the Tribunals, Courts and Enforcement Act 2007 (c. 15) insert—\n“Coroners and Justice Act 2009 (c. 25)\nSection 119(1) and (2)\nSection 120(6)\nSection 122(4)\nSection 124(1)\nSection 131(2)\nSection 132(1), (4) and (6)\nSection 133\nSchedule 15”.",
