# The Coroners (Compensation) Regulations 1975, Regulation 10: Long-term compensation for loss of employment or loss or diminution of emoluments


The compensating authority shall, subject to the provisions of these Regulations, pay long-term compensation to any person to whom these Regulations apply and who satisfies the conditions set out in Regulation 11.
