# The Coroners (Compensation) Regulations 1975, Regulation 25: Intervals for payment of compensation under Part V


Any compensation awarded under this Part of these Regulations shall be payable at intervals equivalent to those at which a pension would have been payable under the Act of 1926 or at such other intervals as may be agreed between the person entitled to receive the compensation and the compensating authority.
