  "long_title": "Article 2 of the Order amalgamates and alters all of the existing coroners' districts in Wales (except those in the existing County of Dyfed) so that the area of those districts are divided into the coroners' districts set out in Schedule 1 to this Order. That Schedule describes the new coroners' districts by reference to the new counties and county boroughs in Wales. Article 3 of, and Schedule 2 to, this Order provide for transitional arrangements.",
