# The Coroners (Inquests) (Amendment) Rules 2021, Rule 1: Citation, commencement and extent


(1) These Rules may be cited as the Coroners (Inquests) (Amendment) Rules 2021 and come into force on 12th January 2022.
(2) These Rules extend to England and Wales.
