# The Coroners' Records (Fees for Copies) (Amendment) Rules 1990, Article 2


(1) The Coroners' Records (Fees for Copies) Rules 1982 shall be amended in accordance with the following provisions of this rule.
(2) In rule 2 —
(a) in paragraph (i), for “£2.60” there shall be substituted “£3.85”;
(b) in paragraph (ii), for “£5.50” there shall be substituted “£8.10”;
(c) in paragraph (iii), for “£5.50” and “30p” there shall be substituted respectively “£8.10” and “45p”, and
(d) in the proviso, for “Rule 16(2) of the Coroners Rules 1953” there shall be substituted “rule 20(2) of the Coroners Rules 1984”.
(3) In rule 3, for “55p” there shall be substituted “80p”.
