  "text": "Local Government, Wales\nMade 17 March 2021\nComing into force 1 April 2021\nThe Welsh Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by sections 83(2), 84 and 174 of the Local Government and Elections (Wales) Act 2021, make the following Regulations.\nA draft of this instrument has been laid before and approved by a resolution of Senedd Cymru in accordance with section 174(4) and (5)(k) and (l) of that Act.",
