  "text": "In this Schedule—\n(a) references to “the 2000 Act” are to the Local Government Act 2000;\n(b) references to the “model code of conduct” are to the model code of conduct set out in the Schedule to the Local Authorities (Model Code of Conduct) (Wales) Order 2008;\n(c) “code of conduct” means the code of conduct adopted by a relevant authority under section 51 of the 2000 Act;\n(d) “co-opted member” has the meaning given by section 49 of the 2000 Act;\n(e) “relevant authority” has the meaning given by section 49 of the 2000 Act.",
