# The Corporation Tax Act 2009 (Amendment) Order 2009, Article 4: Amendment of the Taxation of Chargeable Gains Act 1992


In section 151F(3) of the Taxation of Chargeable Gains Act 1992 (treatment of alternative finance arrangements) after “this Act” insert “or the Tax Acts”.
