  "text": "(1) The undertaker may acquire compulsorily so much of the Order land as is required for the authorised development or to facilitate it, or as is incidental to it.\n(2) This article is subject to article 30 (compulsory acquisition of rights), article 31 (acquisition of subsoil or airspace only) and article 37 (temporary use of land for carrying out the authorised development).",
