# The Cory Decarbonisation Project Order 2025, Article 9: Benefit of this Order

Extent: E+W

(1) Subject to paragraphs (2) and (3) and article 10 (consent to transfer benefit of the Order), the provisions of this Order have effect solely for the benefit of the undertaker.
(2) In respect of Work No. 2, the provisions of the Order have effect for the benefit of the undertaker and REPL and RRRL.
(3) In respect of Work Nos. 1E(iv) to (vi), 2A(i) to (ii), and 3(c), the provisions of this Order have effect for the benefit of the undertaker and any company operating a relevant heat network as defined by section 216 (relevant heat network) of the Energy Act 2023.
