  "text": "(1) The undertaker must remove any temporary structures, waste and debris associated with the construction licensable activities or maintenance activities within six weeks following completion of the final construction licensable activity or maintenance activity as applicable.\n(2) Within five business days following the completion of the removal activities referred to in sub-paragraph (1), the undertaker must notify the MMO in writing that such activities have been completed.",
