  "text": "(1) The undertaker must inform the MMO in writing—\n(a) at least 5 business days prior to the commencement of the first construction licensed activity;\n(b) within 5 business days following the completion of the final construction licensed activity, of the completion;\n(c) at least 5 business days prior to the commencement of a maintenance activity or maintenance dredging; and\n(d) within 5 business days following the completion of the maintenance activity or maintenance dredging.",
