# The Cory Decarbonisation Project Order 2025, Paragraph 104: Access

Extent: E+W

If in consequence of the agreement reached in accordance with paragraph 96(1) or the powers granted under this Order the access to any apparatus (including appropriate working areas required to reasonably and safely undertake necessary works by SGN in respect of the apparatus) is materially obstructed, the undertaker must provide such alternative rights and means of access to such apparatus as will enable SGN to maintain or use the apparatus no less effectively than was possible before such obstruction.
