  "text": "(1) Before carrying out an activity that includes dredging, raising or taking of any sand, silt, ballast, clay, gravel or other materials from or off the bed or banks of a drainage work (or causing such materials to be dredged, raised or taken), including hydrodynamic, dredging or desilting, the undertaker must submit details of the activity to the Agency.\n(2) Within 14 days of receipt of the details submitted by the undertaker under sub-paragraph (1), the Agency must confirm whether the activity requires consent under paragraph 20.\n(3) This sub-paragraph applies in the event that, pursuant to sub-paragraph (2), the Agency confirms that the proposed activity requires consent under paragraph 20.",
