# The Cory Decarbonisation Project Order 2025, Paragraph 52: Consultation

The undertaker must consult with TWUL on draft documentation prior to the submission of any plan, scheme or strategy under requirements 7 (code of construction practice), 9 (construction traffic management plan), 10 (emergency preparedness and response plan), 12 (landscape, biodiversity, access and recreation delivery strategy) and 13 (surface and foul water drainage), to the relevant planning authority.
