# The Cory Decarbonisation Project Order 2025, Paragraph 55


Any dispute as to the reasonableness of any suggestions made by TWUL in accordance with paragraph 53 shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with article 49 (arbitration) and the undertaker may not submit the LaBARDS to the relevant planning authority for approval if a matter referred to arbitration remains undetermined.
