# The Cory Decarbonisation Project Order 2025, Paragraph 62


The undertaker must not, in exercise of the powers conferred by article 21 (discharge of water), damage or interfere with the beds or banks of any watercourse forming part of the river Thames unless such damage or interference is approved as a specified work under this Order or otherwise forms part of the authorised development and is otherwise approved by the PLA.
