# The Cory Decarbonisation Project Order 2025, Paragraph 65: Permanent lights on tidal works

Extent: E+W

After the completion of a specified work the undertaker must at the outer extremity of that work exhibit every night from sunset to sunrise such lights, if any, and take such other steps, if any, for the prevention of danger to navigation as the PLA may from time to time direct.
